Step wise solution of laptop lagging during charging:
Go to search and type power , open edit power plans.
- Now Click on " Choose Advanced Power Settings "
- Now click on " Processor Power Management "
- Now set minimum processor state and Maximum processor state
Minimum processor state:
On Battery: 5 %
Plugged in : 5%
Maximum Processor State
On Battery: 99%
Plugged in : 99%
