1) Download the gfx Tool link is given below (no need to worry your ID will not get banned )
2)then open the Gfx tool and select the version(current version 1.3.0)
3) then select 60 fps in FPS then click on accept then click on run the game.
4) now you will see that the Extreme fame rate is available..
5) in some cases fame rate is still ultra or high but you will get 60 fps check it by Game Turbo
